Bodyrock 30 Day Challenge
2/09/2012So - I'm so blessed in able to go to Washington for my spring break and spend time with Jonny. It also motivates me to look and feel my best! Bodyrock.tv has a 30 day challenge for the month of February which by starting now puts me right at the time for break, aka no excuses!
Day One: The Fit Test
8 Exercises for 50 seconds on with 10 second rest in between
1. Squat Jumps - 30
2. Push ups - 20
3. Burpees - 12
4. High Knees - 48
5. Switch Lunges - 31
6. Tuck Jumps - 12
7. Tricep Dips - 20
8. Straight Abs - 20
